Contract

Filling out our online reservation request is the first step of your reservation on our system. When we receive your request, according to vacancies, we will confirm your reservation. The confirmation process may take up to 24-48 hours. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your booking and the date of the contract, is the date that appears on the confirmation. The contract is subject to these booking conditions. Always carefully check the details of your booking, upon receiving them and in case there is any conflict, contact us for corrections. If you later wish to cancel or change your booking, you may be required to pay a fee or cancellation charges. Parties of two or more people, the person who makes the reservation, accepts responsibility for making payments to us for all members of the party. All vouchers and other information will be sent to that person who will in turn be responsible for ensuring that the other members of the party are fully informed.

This contract represents and agreement between the owner of the booking (customer) and company as Inshore Travel – Rota Yat Yer Hizmt Ltd Sti resident at Datca Yolu Tetik Center Yani 1/7 Marmaris Mugla 48700 Turkey.

Payment Procedures

Our system offers two payment options, online credit card payments and offline mail order payments.

I) A valid credit card owned by one of the party members of the booking is necessary. After the first request step of the booking, your credit card details are received by our payment processing bank and a provision is set due the payment amount. In this process, no charge is made off your credit card untill the reservation is confirmed. After the booking is confirmed, the deposit or the full amount (upon your request) will then be charged.

II) By completing your request, you may choose to make the payment by mail order. In this case we will return you to choose your payment method from offline credit card payment by mail order form, bank transfer or western union payment. Because the booking is not confirmed before the payment is done, for requests sooner than 14 days from arrival, online credit card payment is advised.

Payment Amount -If you are travelling within the next 14 days we require that you pay the full balance . If you are travelling in over 15 days time you can choose to pay either the full amount or a 20% deposit with the outstanding balance due 14 days before check in. Your credit card details are not stored with us & no charges will be made if your hotel is unavailable or the reservation cannot be confirmed.

Payments cover the service indicated on our confirmation and voucher. Any additional services such as hotel extras (minibar, telephone calls, drinks etc – if exists), excursions etc will be paid directly to the provider.

Additional Requests

Special requests that are not included in the standard accommodation services as described in this website (for example dietary requirements, beds or room location) please let us know at the time of booking. Such requests will be passed on to the relevant accommodation provider, unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that the requests will be met. Further if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability to you in this respect.

Modifications after confirmation

If you would like to change any details of your booking, after we have sent your confirmation, we will do our best to help. However; the accommodation provider has no obligation to make any changes, although it will permit you or any member of your party who is prevented from travelling to transfer the booking to someone else, provided you give us reasonable notice of the transfer (see conditions below). You must confirm any change by e-mail.

There will be no fee to change your booking unless it's made before 3 days of arrival.

If you change the number of people booked, the holiday price will be re-calculated for the new party size. If you wish to make any change to your booking while on holiday (e.g. upgrading accommodation or extending your stay), all requests are subject to availability and any extra cost must be paid immediately. In this case please contact our local office or representative.

Cancellation

The accommodation provider starts to incur costs for your booking from the time it is confirmed. The closer it is to the time of your planned holiday, the less likely they are to re-sell it. Therefore, if you cancel or amend your booking, a charge has to made and the later the cancellation, the more that charge will be. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, this must be done by e-mail or online by the person in whose name the booking is invoiced. Cancellation charges will be calculated as set out in the table below.

Please note : The charges below are only valid if your booking does not require change of hotel ( i.e. you are staying at the same hotel and wish to change the room type, board basis, date, duration or number of guests). If you wish to change to another hotel, please contact us and we will confirm the new cost to you. This will be considered as cancellation and a new booking will be made.

Cancelled booking; 10% of the total amount, minimum £15 / €25 per booking

Name Changes; Free of Charge

Cancelled booking; 25% of the total amount, minimum £25 / €35 per booking

Amendments; no administration fee, only difference of booking cost.

- Inside 1 week (7 days) of departure

Cancelled booking; 100% payable

Amendments; £15 / €20 per booking administration fee and difference of booking cost.

If any members of your party cancel, as long as the number of the room(s) is not changed, the total amount will stay the same. There is no charge or refund.

In case the number of the rooms is changed; (a) If there are less rooms, standard cancellation policy will be in affect. (b) If room(s) added, price will be re-calculated and difference will be charged.

Liability

If the accommodation provider makes a change to your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible before your departure, but will have no other liability towards you. No refunds will be awarded for stays that are ended earlier than planned. sunnybeds.com will do everything in its power to avoid having to make any changes to any bookings. If in the unlikely event that we are informed by the accommodation owner that they are unable to provide the accommodation which you have booked, we will try to provide you with similar accommodation of equal standard. If we are unable to do this or you prefer not to accept our alternative, you may cancel free of charge.

Holiday Insurance

Because we are only a booking agent we have no liability for any of the insurance arrangements and in particular no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind. Any claim for damages, injury, illness or death arising from your stay in the accommodation, must be brought against the owner of the accommodation and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the accommodation is based. If you are looking for travelers insurance, you should make arrangements in your country of origin, before leaving for your vacation.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation in question, please inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. You may lose any right to compensation, if you fail to do so. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you should contact our representative in the resort. If we are unable to resolve the problem and you wish to take matters further, you must do so directly with the accommodation provider concerned.

Room Allocation

After registration, on arrival at your accommodation, you will be allocated a room. Please note: when travelling on flights departing your origin after midnight, your room will be reserved from the previous day. You must therefore, normally check out of your room by 12 noon on the day before a night flight home or on the departure for an evening flight.

If you choose to book for the same day you are arriving, it's likely to wait till 13:00-14:00 for check-in. Room and board starts upon check-in and ends at 12:00 noon on the end date of reservation.

Airport Transfers

Transfers from the airport to your hotel are not included in the price of our accommodation booking. Although, if a transfer is needed you can add this service upon making your reservation.

Privacy Policy

None of the information regarding any of the guests will be shared with third parties. None of the online credit card information is received or stored within our database.
